This is a sign that the service or product you are buying is energy efficient and friendly to the environment.
The government has to cut carbon dioxide ( CO2 ) emissions by 20% by the year 2010, to stop globel warming and in a bid to do so they have introduced a Energy Efficiency scheme. All appliances sold in England have an energy efficiency rating from A to G, with A being the most energy efficient. So when buying a new appliance make sure it is 'A' rated and you will save on running costs and help the environment at the same time.
